Chef Roberts was born in Oakland California but was raised in Louisiana. As a young boy, growing up his passions for great foods was alive. Chef always knew he wanted to be a great chef, so he started his career as a dishwasher and worked his way up. Throughout the years chef learned many aspects of the culinary industry. Chef Roberts then decided to take his career to the next level attending school. It was then he was accepted into the SCOTTSDALE CULINARY INSTITUTE in Scottsdale,AZ one of the top 5 accredited schools in the U.S. where he graduated with his B.A. in Restaurant and Culinary management. Chef had many job offers in the past like VAIL SKI RESORT in COLORADO, HUNTING AND FISHING in ALASKA, and a few others, but after working in places like THE WATER FRONT ALE HOUSE in MANHATTAN NEWYORK,Chef decided to open his own company. So he came up with TieTheKnot, a catering company that supplies all your catering needs at a reasonable price.
TieTheKnot specializes in ENGAGEMENT, WEDDING, BACHELORS and BACHELORETTE parties, TieTheKnot also specializes in PROPOSAL AND SURPRISE PROPOSAL parties. We handle everything from the PLANNING and COORDINATING your party with our EVENT PLANNER ( Yvonne Cavin ) to handling all your CATERING needs with our Chef. That means we sit with you and plan your event, you event menu and we prepare and serve the menu of your choice at your event.
